Withdrawals up to EUR 1,000 are processed within 72 hours, while amounts above EUR 1,000 may take up to 7 days to process. After processing, actual crediting time depends on your bank or payment provider. We charge no commission on withdrawals, though deposit commissions may apply depending on the payment system used. We require all deposited funds to be wagered at least once before withdrawal, and this requirement increases to 3x for certain payment methods or accounts flagged as high-risk. An administration charge of 10% (minimum EUR 10) applies where a deposit-and-withdraw pattern occurs without commensurate play.
